Featured Slider issue

Each time the slider advances/loops it scrolls the main page when at the bottom of the mail page. It doesn’t do it when positioned toward the top or middle but at or close to the bottom. I first noticed a strange vertical flicker, but then started experiencing large involuntary scrolling. But mostly it does the flickering thing like it wants to jump up or down but just flickers around in the same general area. While filling out a contact form at the bottom of the page, I am constantly having the form removed from view.
